Salt River Schools is searching for its next Superintendent/Director of Education.
Update: 5/3/24: The feedback survey is closed. We received 65 comments, which were all provided to the Education Board to review and deliberate at their special meeting this morning (5/3). We appreciate everyone's feedback. Stay tuned for the Education Board's hiring decision.

Many questions came in via online survey, Facebook comments, and feedback that were NOT asked during the forum due to time limitations - or they were directed to one particular candidate (questions needed to be asked in such a way that all candidates could answer the same question). The candidates will receive the unasked questions and select five to answer. We posted those answers here.

On Tuesday, April 30, Salt River Schools stakeholders and the public are invited to attend a forum to meet the candidate finalists as determined by the Education Board. Click here to view the event flyer.
Dinner will be served to the first 175 people in the ALA cafeteria from 5:30-6:20 p.m. Students from SRES will give a special presentation during dinner.
The candidate forum will begin with candidate introductions/presentations at 6:30 p.m. in the ALA Lecture Hall (4827 N. Country Club Dr.). Their presentations will be followed by a an audience Q & A. Click here to view a PDF of the candidate presentations.
This is an important event. The candidate presentations and audience Q & A will be broadcast live on our Facebook page; we will also record the presentation via Microsoft Teams and post that recording to this webpage after the forum. After participating in person at the candidate forum (or watching the recording), please fill out this short, ANONYMOUS feedback survey, which the Education Board will consider as it deliberates who should be the next Superintendent/Director of Education at Salt River Schools.
