Oct. 25: Join Salt River Schools and the Safe Schools and Security Team at our premier Fall event! The Spooktacular Halloween event welcomes everyone in the Community to come out, trick-or-treat indoors at SRHS and learn some important safety tips from our law enforcement and Community partners. There will be lots of departments and organizations handing out treats and playing tons of holiday-themed activities, including a haunted bus, costume contest and more! Also, enjoy a pizza dinner with us while supplies last! Thursday, Oct. 25, from 6-8 p.m. at Salt River High School. Call 480-362-2500 for more information.

Oct. 26: Families are invited to come out and run with SRES students in their spooky socks during the Spooktacular Fun Run at SRES! The event begins at 8:30 a.m. with a special warm-up performance of "The Monster Mash!" For more information, call SRES at 480-362-2400.

Oct. 30: Join SRES at their Family Night “Boo Bash” at Peter Piper Pizza (Rio Salado Parkway location in Mesa) from 4-8 p.m. Come in costume (child-appropriate, nonviolent costumes, please) and enjoy dinner and games with SRES staff! This is a super-fun event in which Peter Piper Pizza donates 15% of its proceeds to the SRES Student Council. For more information, call SRES at 480-362-2400.

Oct. 31: Parents and guardians of ECEC students are invited to attend the annual Goodie Gathering & Fall Festival from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Students and parents are welcome to dress in (child-friendly/nonviolent) costumes while SRPMIC and Salt River Schools departments hand out goodies. Parents: Please do not bring other children, as there will only be enough goodies for ECEC students. Please park in any open parking space. There are limited wheelchair-accessible parking spaces.
