We discussed many important topics, primarily those in bold below, but also others that were brought up. We are so grateful to those who share their concerns and celebrations with us.
It is only together that we can do this good work for the next generations of Community learners. They deserve the best of what we have to give them.

At the event, Mrs. Houston asked participants for feedback on specific topics related to potential strategic planning goals for Salt River Schools. Please click here to take a short, anonymous survey with your opinions on how important the following topics are to you. The survey also includes a comment space for you to add any other issues that aren't listed. Please leave as many details as you can, or email [email protected] if you need assistance with formulating a response. Printed paper copies are available at the Salt River Schools Administration Building at 4836 N. Center Street (open to any Community member).
Pre-K through 12th Grade Programming
CONSIDER the Community need for:
- Childcare services
- Kindergarten preparation
- Grades 7-12 programming
QUESTIONS
- What funding options should be considered (or considered differently than how they are used currently)?
- What similar services exist now within the Community that we can partner with?
- What steps can we take to begin/increase collaborations with departments that offer these services to Community youth
